I have gained formal qualifications within the recruitment industry including a Diploma in recruitment practice and am a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals which is what the FIRP and DipRP stand for after my name.  I have been honoured to have been asked to be a judge at the IRP Awards for three years running. I am also a qualified assessor and have numerous qualifications in the use of behavioural assessment tools.

I love recruitment and knowing that I am helping to make a difference to candidates lives is what really motivates me.

I believe in ensuring that candidates are kept informed at every stage of their journey with me, too often I hear from candidates who just don’t have any feedback from consultants or companies that they have been recommended to, not the case with me.
